In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one toto33 Account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. toto33 is not liable for any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 Jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining whether use of the toto33 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. toto33 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players in Pakistan and elsewhere must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3.5 Verification (KYC). toto33 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued identification before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their toto33 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party.
4.2 toto33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 toto33 reserves the right to lock any Account suspected of being compromised pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. toto33 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at toto33 is PKR 200. toto33 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours depending on the receiving institution. toto33 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the toto33 Platform are conducted in PKR. toto33 does not apply hidden conversion charges for PKR-denominated transactions.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. toto33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent or unlawful financial activity will be suspended immediately and referred to appropriate authorities.
5.6 Chargeback Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate toto33 transaction is a breach of these Terms. toto33 reserves the right to close any Account involved in a chargeback dispute and to recover amounts successfully charged back through legal means.
6.1 All toto33 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.4 toto33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the toto33 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are available within each game or market interface.
7.2 Finality of Results. Once a bet is accepted and settled, the outcome is final. toto33 will not reverse settled bets except in cases of manifest error by toto33 or the data provider.
7.3 Manifest Error. toto33 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., inverted odds, software malfunction). toto33 will notify affected players of any void decisions.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. toto33 may apply maximum win limits per bet, per game, or per day. These limits are available in the relevant game or market terms. toto33 is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed published maximum win limits.
7.5 System Malfunctions. In the event of a platform technical malfunction that affects game or bet integrity, toto33 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not valid.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the toto33 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any toto33 content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.2 toto33's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
10.3 toto33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond toto33's reasonable control may affect platform availability.
11.1 toto33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their toto33 Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from toto33 may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting toto33 support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. toto33 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly.
11.3 During an active self-exclusion period, toto33 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing their account, receiving promotional communications, and making new deposits.

12.1 toto33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to toto33's operating jurisdiction.
